No Refund Policy: We operate under a strict no-refund policy. All transactions are final. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Results Disclaimer: We provide our services with the intention of offering valuable knowledge and insights. However, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. By purchasing and accessing our services, you understand and agree that the results you achieve are dependent on various factors including your dedication, effort, and individual circumstances. We are not responsible for the results you obtain from implementing the techniques or strategies taught.

Payment Obligation: By purchasing our education and services, you agree to pay the specified amount in full. Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension or termination of access to the services and content and/or legal action against you.

Coaching Scheduling & Cancellation Policies
This policy helps ensure you get the most value from your coaching experience, maintain accountability to your growth process, and avoid unnecessary delays that can disrupt your progress. If you anticipate needing more flexibility due to extraordinary circumstances, please contact me in advance so we can discuss options.

• NO SHOWS: If you do not show up or dial in for a session that is scheduled, you agree to pay a $75 fee.

• RESCHEDULING: There is no charge for rescheduling sessions in the case of severe illness, flu or life-and-death events. If you need to postpone or cancel a scheduled session for another reason, you agree to provide at least 72 hours notice. If you reschedule or cancel a session more than twice, or within 72 hours of a scheduled upcoming session, you agree to pay a $50 fee.

• TIMEFRAME & COMPLETION: Reveal’s coaching services are designed to provide you with focused, consistent support that builds momentum and helps you integrate and apply what you’re learning. To honor this, all packages and sessions must be completed within a reasonable, structured timeframe:

  • Single sessions must be booked and completed within 3 weeks of your initial appointment request. After that, the session expires and is non-refundable.

  • 6-session coaching packages are designed to take place over 2 months, with time for reflection and integration between sessions. To ensure the coaching container stays focused and effective, all sessions must be completed within 90 days (3 months) from the date of your first session.

Intellectual Property: All services and course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other content provided, are the intellectual property of (Reveal DBA: Pravassa, Inc.). You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent from us.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the course after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
